Door Works Company addressed key areas of weakness in MDF doors, such as screw holding power for hanging hardware. Our unique construction methodology (modified stile-and-rail and triple lamination) allows marine-grade Baltic birch plywood blocking to be fitted inside the door during production. This produces a door with superior fastener holding, directional stability and structural integrity. The embedded wood blocking also means a consistent finished edge.
